Writing Term 2
I am learning how to write more than one idea with details related to the topic.
We have been curious about our classroom frog and decided to find out a bit more about him. We have created word clouds to show some of the things we have learned.

It is tricky for me to write my sentences on the lines. Sometimes I need to read my sentences to myself to see if they make sense. We read lots of books about frogs and this helped me write about them.
You are starting to read your story to yourself before bringing it to the teacher to check. You can even read it to a friend who has finished their writing to check it all makes sense.

Yes Holly the best thing is to read it back yourself then you will know if it sounds right & makes sense
